Graduated in Medicine and Surgery and specialized in Oncology at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. Winner of two Scholarships, one at the University of Uppsala Sweden and one at Thomas Jefferson University-Philadelphia.
He worked at INI – Italian Neurotraumatological Institute as Deputy Health Director and in 2009 was Professor at the Specialization school in Oncology at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome.
He has been Professor in University Masters in various Universities, such as: Campus Bio-Medico in Rome, Antea and University of Rome Tor Vergata.
In 2010 he has won the AIOM Scholarship: Master and Back Project – Le Moffit Cancer Center – Florida.
From 2002 to 2010 he was Professor at Neuromed Institute – IRCCS, degree course in Visceral Disabilities.
He manages and organizes clinical, research and teaching activities within the Oncology Department as well as Day Hospitals.
His teachings are focused on Experimental Oncology, Pharmacology and Pain therapy.
He has participated in numerous conferences as a speaker and moderator and is the author of 63 publications, mainly dedicated to topics regarding Oncology and its clinical treatments.
