Biography

Graduated in Law at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan.
He obtained a license in canon law at the Università “Pontificia Lateranense” on the theme of freedom
religious and tolerance in international law.
He held the position of Professor at the UABJO-Universidad Autónoma “Benito Juarez” in Oaxaca, and at the UIC-Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico City.
He has been a professor at the Faculty of Canon Law at the Saint-Paul University of Ottawa.
He collaborates with the CEDH-Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos, Oaxaca.
He was Professor of Philosophy at the ISEE – Instituto Superior de Estudios Eclesiásticos in Mexico City
From 2002 to 2004 he was Professor of Philosophy at the ITESM-Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico City.
From 2003 to 2004 he was Director of the Academy of Formación Humana y Compromiso Social at the ITESM-Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico City.
Since 2015 he is Director of the “Giovanni XXIII” International Cultural Center.
He was the author of Libertad religiosa y tolerancia en el Derecho internacional.
Since 2019 he is Professor of Moral Philosophy at UniCamillus – Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences.
