Prof. Tarsitano is, starting from 2022, Researcher at the University of Magna Graecia, Catanzaro; she graduated in 2010 in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Rome La Sapienza and obtained at the same University the Specialization in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases.

In 2018 she obtained the PhD in Endocrinological Sciences at the University of Rome La Sapienza.

She is also Councillor of the Order of Surgeons and Dentists of Rome and Province and Member of the Young Observatory of the National Federation of the Orders of Surgeons and Dentists; member of the “Italian Society of Obesity”(SIE) since 2021, of the “Italian Society of Endocrinology”(SIE) since 2011, of the “European Society of Endocrinology ” since 2015 and of the “Italian Society of Andrology and Sexuality Medicine” (SIAMS) since 2018.
