Biography

She graduated in Biological science in 2014 at university of Rome “Tor Vergata ”, where she carried out research activity in the laboratory of clinical biochemistry studying the activity of GST Transferase.

She obtained a Master’s Degree in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata ” in 2017 with magna cum laude.

During the years 2016-2018 she carried out the research activity of her master’s degree in the pathological anatomy laboratory in “Tor Vergata” studying a new cell type that could be used as a new marker for bone metastasis in breast cancer patients. Currently, she is ending the PhD in Medical-Surgery Biotechnology and Translational Medicine at the section of Histology and Embryology, Department of Biomedicine and Prevention.

She has expertise in colture cell lines, and in morphological, biochemical, histological and molecular biology techniques. She has experience in handling and treating small laboratory animals, use of microtome and evaluating the toxic or protective effects of chemotherapeutic agents on the ovarian reserve.

Her research is currently focused on examining the effects and molecular mechanisms of the chemotherapy agent Cyclophosphamide on the ovarian reserve

So far, she is author of publications in international scientific journals and participated in national conferences.
