On Saturday, May 27th, the students of UniCamillus University from the seventh cycle of the Teacher Qualification Courses programme celebrated the end of classes with music, a delicious buffet, and a beautiful cake adorned with the UniCamillus logo. It was an opportunity for students to say goodbye before they get back to their own lives and professional careers.
The Teacher Qualification Courses programme (TFA in Italian), is a programme established by the Italian Ministry of Education (Miur) that allows aspiring secondary school teachers to obtain a qualification to become ‘back-up teachers’. Given the widespread shortage of specialised teaching staff in Italian schools, UniCamillus University has been actively involved in offering training programmes aimed at qualifying and enhancing the acquisition of disciplinary, psycho-pedagogical, methodological-didactic, organisational, and relational skills necessary for teachers to achieve the learning outcomes set by the current regulations.
After a year of studies of such importance, our aspiring teachers took a few hours to enjoy each other’s company in the UniLabs building (the Blue Room), treating themselves to a pleasant final day at university. Of course, everything documented on social media!
The Call for the eighth cycle of the Teacher Qualification Courses programme will be published soon.
