She graduated in Medical Biotechnologies at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
After her graduation, she obtained the PhD in “Advanced Technologies in Biomedicine” and the Specialty Degree in Medical Genetics at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
Since March 2023, she has been a Researcher (RTDa) in Medical Genetics at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata .
She has a solid background in the design of experimental studies and in the development of cellular and molecular protocols focused on: 1) rare genetic diseases called “Laminopathies” both in the diagnostic and research fields 2) new potential molecular targets in colon and kidney cancer therapies through both in vitro than in vivo studies 3) hiPSCs as models of genetic diseases both in terms of characterization and differentiation 4) setup of a peptide platforms as a tool to counteract infection diseases such as COVID-19.
She is author of several publications in international journals of high scientific quality.
