Every newcomer deserves a warm welcome and UniCamillus University is no exception. Our University holds a welcome ceremony for first-year students of each course: Welcome Days. These aim to provide a first contact with the university environment, offering introductory guidance on how to navigate around the WebApp, how to attend lectures and register attendance. Information on exams, extra-curricular activities and the facilities offered by UniCamillus (lecture halls, laboratories, study rooms, lounges, library, canteen and auditorium) will also be provided.
Each event will be introduced by Programme Directors and Presidents, as well as student representatives. Students will also receive a welcome kit containing UniCamillus gadgets.
And there is more: the language courses offered by the UniCamillus Language Centre (UCLC), the Erasmus programme, and the student associations (Tetra, UniCamillus Sport, AISO and SIGMA) will be presented.
This is basic but essential information to start feeling part of our Institution: a physical place, but above all a place of values, where it is possible to study, make friends, set goals and feel part of a community.
There is time for all this, and the important thing is to start off on the right foot, with a warm ‘welcome!’, full of gratitude for having chosen us. We all know that a good start is half the battle!
