Professor Luca Innocenzi is a Medical Doctor since 1992, specialized in Radiodiagnostics since 1996 at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”; has taken the direction of diagnostic imaging studies in diseases of the musculoskeletal system and spine. He has developed extensive expertise in Radiology, supporting Patients and colleagues in the accurate diagnosis of complex diseases. His dedication to technological innovation and his broad experience in diagnostic imaging make him a highly respected professional and a reference in those fields. Recently, he has devoted particular effort to perform the Whole Body MRI (WB-MRI), the latest diagnostic approach, a new technique able to the detect, without the use of ionizing radiations, many different neoplasms before they become clinically aggressive. He has co-authored several scientific papers published in Italian and international journals. He performs approximately 5600 diagnostic tests per year, mainly Radiodiagnostics (2400 tests/year), followed by Magnetic Resonance Imaging (approximately 1300 tests/year), Sonography (1100 tests/year) and finally Computed Tomography (800 tests/year). He is a “Facilitator” for teaching BLSD, recognized by ARES 118 of the Lazio Region. He is a Member of the SIRM (Italian Society of Medical Radiology), ESR (European Society of Radiology) and the AHA (American Heart Association) societies.
