Giuseppe Modaffari graduated cum laude in “Business Administration” from Roma Tre University, discussing a thesis on Business Valuation and Bankruptcy Law. He continued his academic journey by earning a PhD in “Governance and Management for Business Innovation,” focusing on innovative financing tools and their implications for the strategic decision-making processes of small and medium-sized enterprises.
As a Researcher of the Department of Law and Economics of Productive Activities at Sapienza University of Rome, he gained significant academic and teaching experience. Over the years, he has held various courses, including Business Administration, Accounting, Public Sector Accounting, and Strategic Analysis for Business Decisions.
Since November 2024, he is Associate Professor of Business Administration at UniCamillus – Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences.
From a scientific perspective, Giuseppe Modaffari is the author of two books on innovative financing tools for SMEs, as well as numerous international publications, many of which are featured in top-tier (A-rated) journals. His work focuses on key topics such as SMEs, innovative startups, business incubators, intellectual capital, and financial and non-financial reporting. He has also participated in numerous international conferences.
He is a member of the Italian Academy of Business Administration and Management (AIDEA) and the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Administration (SIDREA). He is also a member of the Scientific Observatory on Gender Studies “IPAZIA.”
From a professional perspective, Giuseppe Modaffari is Auditor and Chartered Accountant.
