PRE-ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
TRANSFER NOTICE (RD 165 of 26/04/2024)

In accordance with Article 6 – Pre-enrolment, starting from today candidates admitted to the ranking list may proceed with their transfer by carrying out the pre-registration procedure following the instructions published in the relevant guide (download here) through the Gomp student portal by 1pm on 17th June 2024.

The pre-enrolment procedure must be carried out exclusively online as follows:

1. pay the first instalment for administrative enrolment fees, amounting to € 10,500.00 (ten thousand five hundred/00) corresponding to 50% of the annual contribution as set out in the “Tuition Fees and Contributions Regulations Academic Year 2024-2025”. The payments must be made exclusively through the payment systems available on the GOMP student portal. Other payment systems are not allowed.
2. to present a declaration stating that they have read the Student Contract and the A.A. 2024/2025 Fees and Contributions Regulations in full (available on the University’s web portal at the following link https://www.unicamillus.org/regulations/).

At the time of the pre-enrolment procedure, underage candidates must have the procedure carried out by the person exercising parental authority, who must sign all the documents and attach a valid identity document.

The publication of the ranking list and of all the notices of scrollings on the University’s website has the value of official communication to the interested parties. Any personal communications that may be sent to the email addresses entered in the system by the candidates during the registration phase will have the sole purpose of facilitating them in following the competition process, but will in no way replace the notices published on the University website, which is the University’s only official communication tool. It therefore remains the candidate’s responsibility to check his or her status on the site by activating himself or herself in the manner and by the deadline set to proceed with pre-registration.

Candidates who do not respect the above-mentioned deadlines will be considered as drop-outs and will lose the right to pre-register.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
CANDIDATES ADMITTED FOLLOWING THE CALL FOR TRANSFER (RD 260 of 19/09/2023)

In accordance with article 6 of the call for transfer, candidates who have been admitted following an incoming transfer must proceed with online enrolment from 09/02/2024 until 1.00pm on 16/02/2024.

 Enrolment must be carried out exclusively online through the GOMP student portal, following the instructions given in the Guide to enrolment for incoming transfers. The procedure involves the acquisition by the University of the documentation indicated below.

• Application for enrolment addressed to the Rector and acceptance of the UniCamillus Code of Ethics. 
• Student Contract. 
• Digital photo. 
• Identity document and tax code, and, for foreigners legally residing in Italy, a valid residence permit. 
• Privacy information. 
• Transfer clearance certificate issued by the previous University (excluding candidates who have already graduated). Until the students deliver a clearance certificate, they cannot access classes and/or take exams. Delivery must be made by 28th February 2024 at the latest. After this deadline, students will be deemed to have forfeited their place and will not be refunded any fees paid. 
• Receipt showing payment of the amount of 9,000.00 euro corresponding to half of the planned annual tuition fee. The second contribution of €9,000.00 must be paid by 31 May 2024. As regards subsequent renewals of enrolment, the annual contribution must be paid in accordance with the deadlines set out in Article 2 of the “Tuition and Fees Regulations for A.Y. 2023/2024 EU and non-EU students”;
• Duty stamp of €16,00;
• Receipt of payment of the regional tax, to be made directly to the Regione Lazio.

Please also note that once the procedure has been completed, if the candidate has taken additional examinations in the summer session at the previous university, he/she may request their recognition, within 30 days of enrolment, with an application for recognition of credits (see guide).

Any candidate who withdraws from the course or who, in any case, does not complete the enrolment procedure within the deadlines indicated in the present notice will be considered automatically forfeited and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
CANDIDATES ADMITTED FOLLOWING THE CALL FOR TRANSFER (RD 67 of 9/03/2023)

Pursuant to article 7 of the call for transfer, candidates who have been admitted following an incoming transfer prior to 7 September 2023 and who have proceeded with pre-registration by the indicated deadlines, must proceed with online enrolment from 15/09/2023 until 13:00 on 26/09/2023.

Candidates admitted following publication of the ranking list or admitted following a sliding of the ranking list after 7 September 2023, must carry out the enrolment procedure within 5 working days, by 1:00PM, from the publication of their admission on the institutional website.

Enrolment must be carried out exclusively online through the GOMP student portal, following the instructions given in the Guide to enrolment for incoming transfers. The procedure involves the acquisition by the University of the documentation indicated below.

• enrolment application direct to the Rector and acceptance of the UniCamillus Code of Ethics;
• contract with the student;
• digital photo;
• identity document and tax code and, if foreigners legally residing in Italy, valid residence permit;
• privacy policy;
• transfer authorisation issued by the university of origin (except for candidates who have already graduated). Until the student has delivered the nulla osta, he/she cannot access classes and/or take exams. Delivery must in any case be made by the deadline of 31/12/2023. Once this deadline has passed, the student will be deemed to have forfeited and will not be reimbursed the amounts already paid.
• receipt certifying the payment of the first instalment of € 1.500,00 (one thousand five hundred/00) if admission is after 7 September;
• revenue stamp in the amount of 16.00 Euros;
• receipt of payment of the regional tax to be made directly to the Lazio Region.
