I have been a faculty member at the Faculty of Dentistry in Tirana since 2014 and at Aldent University in Tirana, Albania, since 2017.

I obtained my Degree in Dentistry in 2011 from the Faculty of Dentistry in Tirana. In 2013, I earned a Second-Level Master’s Degree in Endodontics with honors from Sapienza University of Rome. In 2017, I obtained a PhD with honors in Diseases of the Skeletal System and the Oro-Cranio-Facial District from Sapienza University of Rome. In 2015, I received a three-year Specialization Degree in Orthodontics from Albanian University in Tirana. Since 2019, I have been enrolled in the International Biennial Second-Level Master’s Program in Aesthetic Medicine in Medical Sciences: Advanced Oral and Implant Surgery, Use of Growth Factors and Medical Biotechnologies, at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, with the final thesis discussion scheduled for December 2021.

In addition, I am an Invited Lecturer in the Second-Level Master’s Program in Endodontics at Sapienza University of Rome, in the International Second-Level Master’s Program in Advanced Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology, and in the International Second-Level Master’s Program in Aesthetic Medicine in Medical Sciences: Advanced Oral and Implant Surgery, Use of Growth Factors and Medical Biotechnologies, at the University of Bari Aldo Moro.

During my academic career, I have taught Endodontics, Orthodontics, Restorative Dentistry, and General and Applied Hygiene, and I have served as Supervisor and Co-Supervisor for more than 20 undergraduate theses in Albania and Italy (Sapienza University of Rome and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Rome).

I have been collaborating for more than seven years with research teams worldwide, and the results of our studies have been published in high–impact factor journals and have also received international awards. I am also a Founding Member and the First President of the Albanian Society of Endodontics, established in January 2019, which became part of the European Society of Endodontology in September 2019.
