Graduated in Nursing, he obtained a PhD in Nursing Science and Public Health in 2020 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He completed a second-level Master’s degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and a Postgraduate Course in Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis.

He is currently a Research Nurse at the University Hospital Tor Vergata and teaches in the Nursing degree programs at both the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the Our Lady of Good Counsel University in Tirana, as well as in specialist university Master’s programs.

His main areas of interest include organizational and professional well-being of nurses, prevention of healthcare-associated infections, wound care, vascular access preservation, and nursing leadership and organizational well-being. He is also involved in the development and validation of innovative tools, including the Vessel Health and Preservation (VHP) and the Organizational Well-being Questionnaire (QISO), to support clinical practice and research.

He has published several articles in international scientific journals such as the Journal of Nursing Management, International Nursing Review, Journal of Advanced Nursing, and BMC Nursing.
