Josuel Ora

Dr. Josuel Ora is a specialist in Internal Medicine and works at the Pulmonology Unit (UOC di Pneumologia) of Policlinico Tor Vergata. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and Unicamillus, with teaching experience also at an international level. As the Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Respiratory Pathophysiology Techniques, he conducts research on pulmonary function tests, respiratory mechanics, dyspnea, and chronic obstructive diseases such as COPD and asthma. Author of over 100 scientific publications indexed on Scopus, he serves as an Associate Editor for various international journals. He holds a PhD in Experimental and Systems Medicine, has completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Queen’s University (Canada), and has obtained academic qualifications for the positions of Associate and Full Professor. An active member of the European Respiratory Society (ERS) and the Italian Association of Hospital Pneumology (AIPO), he regularly participates as a speaker at national and international congresses in the field of pulmonology.
