She graduated in Medicine and Surgery at La Sapienza University of Rome, followed by a Specialization in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, and Specialization in Infectious Diseases.
Certified Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology of La Sapienza University, Certified Visiting Professor at the Biomedical Campus of the University of Rome. Guest speaker at national and local conferences with a focus on the care of critically ill patients, infectious diseases, antimicrobial management, palliative care, and pain therapy. He served at the National Cancer Institute of Rome Regina Elena (https://www.ifo.it/) first as Head of Intensive Care and then as Director of the Departmental Structure of Pain Therapy and Palliative Care, activating during the Covid-19 pandemic a telemedicine platform for remote patient management. For the past three years she has been working at the Sultan Qaboos Comprehensive Cancer Center and Research in Muscat, Oman. (https://cccrc.gov.om/)
Actually, she is working continuously as an anesthesiologist and pain therapist in private practice.
