Valerio Della Bella

Valerio Della Bella is a Nurse and Research Nurse at the Nursing Directorate of Policlinico Tor Vergata in Rome. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a Master’s Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, and a PhD in Nursing Science and Public Health from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

His research focuses on nursing organizational well-being, ethical leadership, and care outcomes, with a particular interest in the development of theoretical models and measurement tools. He is the author of several papers published in international peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at national and international conferences.

He lectures at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, the Catholic University “Nostra Signora del Buon Consiglio” in Tirana, and Unicamillus University in Rome, teaching clinical and critical care nursing. He also serves as project manager for research projects funded by the Center of Excellence for Nursing Culture and Research, and has received awards for the quality and impact of his scientific work.
