Graduated in Veterinary Medicine and Medicine and Surgery, specialized in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine.

He earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Bocconi University in Milan.

Formerly Health Director of the Lagonegro Hospital and Extraordinary Commissioner-General Director at the ASP of Cosenza, at the Mater Domini Hospital in Catanzaro and at the Dulbecco Hospital in Catanzaro.

Lecturer at Unicamillus University, Rome, degree course in Medicine and Surgery, course “General Hygiene.”

Author of the text “Leadership between Science and Ethics”, preliminary reflections for the construction of a general theory on Neuroleadership. (2017)

He published an article entitled “Towards a new Humanism of Health”. (2025)

He is currently Director of SiVeAS, National system for verification and control of healthcare, at the Italian Department of Health.
