Welcome to UniCamillus! The International Medical University organises Welcome Days for first-year students

This useful guide will help you navigate your new adventure at UniCamillus, providing all the necessary information and key dates for the academic year 2025-2026

The first day at university is a bit like first love: you never forget it. At UniCamillus, we make every effort to ensure that it is a memorable experience.

There are no special effects, but plenty of tools to help students navigate their new life for the next three or six years. After all, every new adventure needs a map to find your way!

Welcome Days are organised by UniCamillus to help new students settle into university life  and make them feel part of the community from day one.

During these events, participants will learn how to navigate digital platforms, such as the WebApp, register and manage their course attendance, and prepare for exams.

There will also be an introduction to the various spaces available at the University, including lecture halls, laboratories, study and relaxation rooms, the library, the canteen, and the auditorium.

The arrival of new students is made even more special by greetings from the Programme Directors and Heads of the BSc and MSc programmes, along with student representatives. Each new student will also receive a welcome pack containing UniCamillus merchandise—a small gift to help them feel at home.

Welcome Days are a valuable opportunity for first-year students to familiarise themselves with student life, the UniCamillus Language Centre (UCLC), and student associations such as Tetra, UniCamillus Sport, AISO and SIGMA. These associations allow students to develop new interests and passions, and to make new friends. UniCamillus is much more than just a place to study; it is a supportive community that fosters professional and personal development. Here, humanity is never forgotten—it is always placed at the centre.

To get off to a flying start, all you need to do is check the dates. Here they are, organised by degree programme.
