If you’re dreaming of a future as a nutrition professional, save the date: the 5th September 2025 is MSc Human Nutrition Sciences Open Day at UniCamillus, which begins with a live stream from the University’s UniCongress building at 12 noon.
This event is designed to introduce everyone to a programme that combines passion, scientific innovation, and social impact. Applications are open until 10th September 2025 at 1pm.
An outstanding team will present the programme
The presentation of the event will be led by some of UniCamillus’s leading teaching figures: Dr Costanza Montagna (Programme Director), Professor Marco Marchetti, Professor Giacomo Lazzarino, Professor Rosa Maria Paragliola and Professor Maria Sorrentino.
These passionate and dedicated lecturers, who are now familiar faces at UniCamillus, will provide a comprehensive overview of the curriculum, career prospects, and numerous practical opportunities that define our MSc Human Nutrition Sciences.
Students’ and graduates’ opinions
As well as our teaching team, the Open Day will feature contributions from people who have experienced—and experience—UniCamillus first-hand: some graduates and second-year students will take part in the event and share their experiences of the programme.
The graduates will talk about their journey, focusing not only on the professional success they have achieved thanks to their programme and the knowledge they have acquired, but also on the highly significant social activities they undertook during their two years of study. These include ‘school projects’, tangible initiatives in which they played a leading role in promoting food and health education in schools. These experiences demonstrate the real and immediate impact that the study of nutrition can have on people’s lives.
The students, on the other hand, will offer an authentic glimpse into everyday university life, including lectures, workshops, and projects. This is an unmissable opportunity to gain an insight into studying Human Nutrition Sciences at UniCamillus. The Open Day provides the perfect opportunity to preview the programme’s multidisciplinary approach, discover career opportunities in nutrition, ask questions and interact with tutors and students to have any questions or curiosities addressed.

Applications for the MSc in Human Nutrition Sciences are open.
Applications for admission to the MSc in Human Nutrition Sciences are open until 10th September 2025 at 1pm. Enrolment is via the GOMP Portal.
The two-year MSc programme is mainly delivered in a blended format, with a majority of online lectures and no compulsory attendance. Places are limited and awarded based on qualifications. Graduates of Pharmacy, Sports Science, Dietetics, Biological Sciences, Medicine, Food Science and Technology, and other relevant disciplines with the right number of ECTS credits are eligible to apply. It is also possible to enrol on the second year of the course, provided that exams taken at other universities are recognised.
