Professor Veronica Ojetti, Associate Professor of Internal Medicine on the MSc in Medicine and Surgery at UniCamillus University and Director of the Complex Operational Unit of Internal Medicine at the San Carlo di Nancy Hospital in Rome, has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Italian Society of Internal Medicine (SIMI) – Lazio–Molise Section for the next three years.
This appointment is an important recognition of her outstanding academic, scientific and clinical career, marked by a continuous commitment to advancing internal medicine and developing innovative, integrated and patient-centred models of care.
In her new role, Professor Ojetti will support the activities of SIMI Lazio–Molise by promoting the professional development of internists, strengthening the dissemination of clinical research and fostering multidisciplinary dialogue, with the aim of reinforcing the role of internal medicine in the management of complex clinical cases.
