The deadline is fast approaching for applications for the admission tests to the MSc Medicine and Surgery and MSc Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at UniCamillus University. The deadline for taking part in the selection process is Wednesday, 16th September 2026 at 1.00 pm. Registration must be completed online via the GOMP portal at unicamillus-studenti.gomp.it.
Available places and campuses
A total of 520 spots are available, including programmes taught both in Italian and in English:
- MSc Medicine and Surgery taught in Italian, with places offered at the Venice Mestre campus (214), Rome campus (90) and Cefalù campus (15). At the time of enrolment, applicants must indicate their first-choice location and may list others in order of preference. Admission will be determined by the ranking list and the availability of places.
- MSc Medicine and Surgery taught in English, delivered at the Rome campus, with 92 places available.
- MSc Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics taught in Italian, with places offered at the Rome campus (49) and Venice Mestre campus (60). Unlike the Medicine programme taught in Italian, applicants for the MSc Dentistry may only apply for the campus specified at the time of enrolment, with no option to indicate additional preferences.
Admission test
Candidates will take a multiple-choice test consisting of 60 questions to be completed in 60 minutes: 10 on logical reasoning and reading comprehension, 45 on scientific subjects (15 Biology, 15 Chemistry, 15 Physics) and 5 on humanitarian topics relating to the University’s mission.
The tests will take place entirely online from home (home-based format):
- Monday 21st September 2026 — test for MSc Medicine and Surgery (taught in Italian and English).
- Tuesday 22nd September 2026 — test for MSc Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics.
The results will be published on the UniCamillus portal by 25th September 2026.
To apply for the admission tests, candidates must hold a secondary school diploma.
Experiential learning, high-tech laboratories and internships
UniCamillus’s teaching programme progressively integrates theoretical knowledge and practical experience through lectures, laboratories, simulations and clinical internships, using an approach based on face-to-face teaching and direct experience.
For students attending the MSc Medicine and Surgery programme, the state-of-the-art laboratories at the UniLabs centre (Anatomy and Microscopy) are central to their studies. Future dentists, on the other hand, have access to a high-tech simulation laboratory with workstations linked in real time to their tutors. Furthermore, for dental studies, the University has a University Dental Clinic on its Rome campus, where students—from their fifth year onwards—can work with real patients under the close supervision of lecturers and tutors.
For both the MSc Medicine and MSc Dentistry programmes, a key role is played by the network of affiliated hospitals, healthcare facilities and clinics, which enables students to undertake internships in a variety of settings, organised according to the disciplines and educational objectives.
