PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
From 20th May 2026 and until 1pm on 29th May 2026

Starting from 20th May 2026, until 1pm on 29th May 2026, candidates who have obtained a valid position based on their results (click here to view your ranking) must complete the pre-enrollment procedure on the GOMP portal, following the instructions provided in the relevant guide (download here).

Please note:  candidates may proceed with the pre-enrollment procedure if, in addition to having obtained a valid position, they meet the access requirements specified in Article 1 of the admission call, namely:

  • Possessing a secondary school diploma obtained in Italy or abroad;

or

  • Being currently enrolled in the last year of secondary school.

Candidates admitted are required, under penalty of exclusion, to:

  1. pay the first installment for administrative fees (1st payment) in the amount of €2,000.00 (two thousand/00) as outlined in the “Tuition and fees regulation for MSc Degree Programme EU students” for the 2026/2027 academic year ;
  2. To submit a declaration certifying that they have fully reviewed the Student Contract and the “Tuition and fees regulation for MSc Degree Programme EU students” for the 2026/2027 academic year (available on the University’s website at the following link).

In the case of a minor candidate, the pre-enrollment procedure must be carried out by the person exercising parental authority.

Any vacant places after the pre-enrollment procedure for both the admitted candidates will be managed according to the following procedure:

  • Publication of a specific notice on the website regarding the available spots due to non-enrollment or withdrawals;
  • Candidates admitted through “scrolling” must complete the requirements outlined in points 1) and 2) by 1:00 PM on the second working day after the publication of the relevant notice;
  • The “scrolling” procedure will be repeated until all available spots are filled as stated in the call for applications.

Candidates who have obtained a score below 9 points will be considered “ not eligible,” regardless of their ranking.

As provided by art. 7), a candidate who, based on their result, is not admitted to the Degree Programme at the campus indicated as their first choice may, at the time of pre-enrollment at one of the other campuses where they have been admitted, request a transfer to a different campus among those they indicated, including the one originally selected as their first choice. This request must be submitted by completing a specific form available on the student portal (Gomp). The form must be filled out and uploaded into the system during the pre-enrollment procedure. This request allows, in the event that seats become available, the candidate to transfer to the campus for which they submitted the request. Any such transfers will be announced on the dates scheduled for the sliding procedure. Transfers to campuses other than those selected in the application for admission cannot be requested. Failure to submit a transfer request within the specified deadlines and according to the indicated procedure will result in the candidate’s definitive pre-enrollment at the campus where they were admitted, even if it is different from their first choice.

Any candidate admitted, regardless of the chosen campus, who, for any reason, does not complete the pre-enrollment and enrollment procedures within the deadlines and according to the procedures set forth in this Call for Applications, will forfeit all benefits resulting from their ranking for enrollment for all the options indicated, regardless of any justifiable reasons.

The publication of the admission test results and all scrolling notices on the University’s website is considered official communication to the interested parties. Any personal communications that may be sent to the email addresses provided by candidates during the test registration phase  will be merely used to ease the admissions process, but will not replace the notices published on the University’s website, which is the sole official communication tool of the University. Therefore, it is the candidate’s responsibility to verify their position on the website and proceed with the pre-enrollment procedure according to the prescribed conditions and deadlines.

Please note that the University may take exclusion or forfeiture actions at any time against candidates who, upon verification of the documents submitted during the registration for the test, are found to be lacking the requirements for participation in the selection process.

Finally, candidates who do not comply with the deadlines mentioned above will be considered as having withdrawn and will lose the right to pre-enroll.

Any requests for assistance or reporting of technical issues encountered during the pre-enrollment procedure must be submitted exclusively via email to [email protected]. Such requests will only be addressed if received within the deadlines specified in this article for completing the procedure. Requests received after these deadlines or sent to different institutional email addresses of the University will not be considered.
