PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
By 1p.m. on 30th April 2026

Candidates who have obtained a valid position based on their results (click here to view your ranking) must complete the pre-enrollment procedure on the GOMP portal by 1:00 PM on 30th April 2026, following the instructions provided in the relevant guide (download here).

Please note:  candidates may proceed with the pre-enrollment procedure if, in addition to having obtained a valid position, they meet the access requirements specified in Article 1 of the admission call, namely:

  • Possessing a secondary school diploma,

or

  • Being currently enrolled in the last year of secondary school.

Furthermore, as specified in Article 1 of the call, “Candidates who, by the deadline set in the call or, in any case, by the beginning of the 2026/2027 academic year, do not possess an appropriate academic qualification, in accordance with current regulations, will lose the right to enroll or, if already admitted, will be excluded from enrollment and will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to the University.

Candidates admitted are required, under penalty of exclusion, to:

  1. pay the first installment for administrative fees (1st payment) in the amount of €1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred/00) as outlined in the “Tuition fees regulations for BSc Degree Programmes, NON-EU students (academic year 2026-2027);
  2. To submit a declaration certifying that they have fully reviewed the Student Contract and the “Tuition fees regulations for BSc Degree Programmes, NON-EU students (academic year 2026-2027)” (available on the University’s website at the following link).

In the case of a minor candidate, the pre-enrollment procedure must be carried out by the person exercising parental authority.

Non-EU candidates are strongly advised to verify that they fully meet the requirements for obtaining a study visa from the competent Italian Consulate or Embassy in their country of origin. In the event that a study visa is not granted, any fees already paid to the University are non-refundable.

If the candidate is not admitted to the degree course indicated as their first choice, their position in the ranking will be checked for admission in the degree course indicated as second or third choice.

In the event that there are no more seats available in the degree course indicated as the first option:

  1. the candidate will be allocated, for pre-enrollment purposes, to the Degree Course indicated as the second option;
  2. if there are no seats available in the degree course indicated as the second option, he/she will be allocated, for pre- enrollment purposes, to the degree course indicated as the third option

Therefore, it is emphasized the importance of indicating, at the time of registration for the admission test, only the Degree Courses of actual interest.

Candidates who have not been placed in the ranking list to be admitted to the Degree Course they have indicated as their first choice, when pre-enrolling in one of the other Degree Courses to which they have been admitted, may request to be transferred to a different Degree Course among those indicated by them, including the one they have defined as their first choice, by submitting an application to be filled out on the appropriate form available on the website www.unicamillus.org or at the Registrars’ Office. The request must be uploaded along with the remaining documentation required for the submission of the application for pre-enrollment (as provided for in the art. 6 of this notice). Should seats become available, this request will result in the candidate’s transfer to the course for which he/she has applied.  Transfers to degree courses other than those indicated in the application cannot be requested. Failure to apply for transfer by the deadline and in the manner indicated will result in a final pre-enrollment in the degree course other than the first chosen.

Any candidate admitted to pre-enroll in a degree course of first, second or third choice who, for any reason, does not proceed within the terms and conditions provided for in this call for applications, will lose any benefit resulting from the result obtained for the purposes of pre-enrollment for all the options expressed and this regardless of any justification.

The publication of the admission test results and all scrolling notices on the University’s website is considered official communication to the interested parties. Any personal communications that may be sent to the email addresses provided by candidates during the test registration phase  will be merely used to ease the admissions process, but will not replace the notices published on the University’s website, which is the sole official communication tool of the University. Therefore, it is the candidate’s responsibility to verify their position on the website and proceed with the pre-enrollment procedure according to the prescribed conditions and deadlines.

Please note that the University may take exclusion or forfeiture actions at any time against candidates who, upon verification of the documents submitted during the registration for the test, are found to be lacking the requirements for participation in the selection process.

Finally, candidates who do not comply with the deadlines mentioned above will be considered as having withdrawn and will lose the right to pre-enroll.

Any requests for assistance or reporting of technical issues encountered during the pre-enrollment procedure must be submitted exclusively via email to [email protected]. Such requests will only be addressed if received within the deadlines specified in this article for completing the procedure. Requests received after these deadlines or sent to different institutional email addresses of the University will not be considered.
