Biography

She is graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Naples “Federico II” and qualified as a pharmacist.

She had a research fellowship at the Institute of Pharmacological Research “Consorzio Mario NegriSud”, Santa Maria Imbaro (CH) and then at the laboratory of “In vivo Pharmacology” of Dompé pha.r.ma. s.p.a. Research & Manufacturing (AQ).

In 2014, she has earned his Ph.D. in CLINICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SCIENCES at the University “G. D’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, within a project aimed at the study of variability in response to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and the development of new biomarkers predictive of the efficacy and toxicity of these drugs.

As a post-doc at the University “G. D’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, she participated in several national and international research projects aiming at studying the platelet mechanisms involved in inflammation, tumorigenesis and metastasis formation.

She is currently a Research Assistant at the Department of Innovative Technologies in Medicine & Dentistry, University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, where she holds several teaching positions (BIO/14 – PHARMACOLOGY).

She is a Scientific Member of the Animal Welfare Board at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara

She is a Member of the Italian Society of Pharmacology and author of several scientific works published in indexed journals in the pharmacology field.
