Prof. Costantini graduated in 2005 at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Rome; she obtained her Specialisation in Gynaecology and Obstetrics with distinction at the same University in 2010.

Lecturer in many Masters at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Rome since 2017; speaker at numerous national and international conferences.

Medical Director with Highly Specialised Appointment in the Section of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Department of Life Sciences and Public Health at the Foundation Policlinico Universitario “A. Gemelli”, Rome.

From October 2022 she is Associate Professor of Gynaecology and Obstetrics at UniCamillus University.
