Biography

Biomedical Laboratory Technologist, Biotechnologist and Biologist at the Pathological.

Anatomy and Histology Laboratory of the “Regina Apostolorum” Hospital, Albano Laziale.
I obtained the Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, S. Camillo-Forlanini Hospital and the Master’s Degree in Medical Biotechnology and Biologist qualification at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Researcher at the “Policlinico Campus Biomedico” of Rome for the optimization of Immunohistochemistry techniques with the identification of external and internal quality controls, with particular attention to aspects of managing the improvement of these methods.
Author of Scientific Publications and in constant professional updating, I dedicated myself to laboratory diagnostics and research in Molecular Pathology, with particular reference to tumor cytogenetic analysis with FISH technique, detection qualitative and genotyping of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and research of markers predictors such as BRAF (V600E) and NRAS (Q61R) for differential diagnosis in the papillary (PTC) and follicular (FTC) carcinoma in thyroid disease.
