She got a Master Degree in Medical Biotechnology and subsequently a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
She achieved numerous pre doctoral and post-doctoral fellowships at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
She performed the research activity at the Lab of Neurophysiology and Plasticity, Fondazione Santa Lucia IRCCS carrying out several scientific projects on the anatomy and neurophysiology of the basal ganglia and the dysfunctions underlying movement disorders, in particular Parkinson’s and dystonias
Since October 2024 she has researcher type A (RTDa, L.240/10), SSD BIO 12/A at International Medical University Unicamillus.
