Roberto Bei

Biography

Professor Bei received his MD and PhD both at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

Medical Oncology and Clinical Pathology are his branches of specialization.

He’s currently Full Professor of General Pathology; President of the Medicine and Surgery Master Degree Course at the University of Tor Vergata (Rome); and Coordinator of the PhD in Tissue Engineering and Remodeling Biotechnologies for Body Function at Tor Vergata University.

His research is focused on cancer immunotherapy and on the effects of natural compounds on cancer cell growth.

He’s member of the editorial board of several journals.

He was and still is Research Project Manager of projects funded by public and private bodies.

He’s author of 135 peer reviewed articles [Impact factor: 732 (JCR edition 2020, Clarivate), number of citations: 4639; H-index: 36].

He’s member of AACR and Italian Pathology Society.
